Field renovated
Located in Fishkill, NY approximately 90 minutes North of New York City. 15 miles south of Poughkeepsie, NY.
MapA new historic statistics link has been added to the League Page. Under the new historic statistics link are the Summer 2006 stats of all players who played at Moorehead Park last year. I am currently working on updating the historic stats database to include both the 2006 and 2007 seasons.
Historic Statistics
Off-season 2007-2008
The 2008 summer season of wiffleball has begun at Moorehead Park. Major renovations have occured over the winter and spring to create a better wiffleball experience. The inground pool in foul territory down the first base line has been filled in and the surrounding fence removed. This has allowed the field to be shifted slightly allowing the overhanging branches down the LF line to be in foul territory. The dimensions of Moorehead Park have been altered. The leftfield line is now 88 feet. Center field is a cool 100 feet. Rightfield is now a strong 87 foot shot. Moorehead park has continued to shift into a pitchers park where long fly balls go to die.
